1. Orders and Payment

1.1 Orders

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by the Company. Once an order is accepted, it cannot be canceled or modified without our written consent. Orders are processed based on the specifications provided by you, such as design, dimensions, and inscriptions. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all order details.

1.2 Payment Terms

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Payment is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other payment methods as agreed upon at the time of order. Failure to make timely payment may result in delays in the production or delivery of your order.

2. Product Customization

2.1 Design and Approvals

We offer custom design services for monuments and granite products based on your preferences. You will receive a design proof for approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve the design. Once approved, no changes can be made, and the Company is not liable for any errors that were present in the approved design.

2.2 Engraving and Inscriptions

Inscriptions and engravings are done according to the approved design proof. The customer must ensure that all names, dates, and text are accurate. The Company is not responsible for errors in spelling, dates, or other information provided by you.

3. Production and Delivery

3.1 Production Timeline

Production timelines vary based on the complexity of the project and material availability. While we strive to meet your deadlines, all timelines provided are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as material shortages, weather conditions, or transportation disruptions.

3.2 Delivery and Installation

We offer delivery and installation services, which will be scheduled upon the completion of the monument or granite product. All delivery and installation services are subject to additional fees unless otherwise agreed in writing. The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the installation site and compliance with any cemetery or location-specific rules.

4. Warranty and Quality Guarantee

4.1 Product Warranty

Our monuments and granite products are crafted from high-quality materials and are intended to last. We provide a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by external factors such as weather or vandalism, or incorrect handling after installation.

4.2 Quality Guarantee

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your monument or granite product, please contact us within 30 days of installation. We will review your concerns and work to resolve any issues, including possible replacement or repair, at our discretion.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not available. If a product is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will provide a replacement or repair. Requests for refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Liability

6.1 Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

6.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any actions related to your use of our products and services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of the state where the Company is headquartered.
